These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through our online store, including orders for shipping and local pickup.  By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products and Availability

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products, including colors, sizes, prices, and availability.

Because some items may also be sold locally, an item shown as available online may occasionally sell before our online inventory is updated.  If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and issue a refund for that item.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order when necessary.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

If an item is accidentally listed with an incorrect price or product information, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the order.  If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attempting to pick it up.

Orders must be picked up within a reasonable amount of time. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us to make arrangements.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, transportation schedules, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is shipped or released for pickup.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if there is a problem processing or verifying payment.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped.
