Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

We currently offer local pickup and shipping within the State of Alaska only. We do not ship to addresses outside Alaska at this time.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at no additional charge.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving to collect your order.

Please pick up your order within 24 hours of notification.  If you need additional time, please contact us to make arrangements.

 Shipping within Alaska

We ship to eligible addresses within the State of Alaska.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, and available shipping method.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Rural Alaska & Weather Delays

Shipping within Alaska can sometimes be affected by weather, flight schedules, marine transportation, carrier schedules, and service availability in rural communities.

While we will make every effort to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, or the shipping center.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Alaska Shipping address.

Please check your mailing address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.  Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the item and packaging.  

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, your local post office or carrier before contacting us.

We will assist with shipping issues or carrier claims when possible.
